At OPA Nutrition™, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase of the Ping Diet or any OPA Fast Series product, we offer a 60-day return policy on eligible items. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it ships. To cancel:

• Email us at support@opanutrition.com

• Include your order ID and the email address used at checkout

• You may also attach a screenshot of your order confirmation or payment

If your order has not shipped, we’ll issue a full refund.
If it has shipped, please follow our return instructions below.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 60 days of your purchase date under the following conditions:

If You Received a Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product

We’ll make it right — just follow these steps:

• Contact us at support@opanutrition.com

• Include a brief description of the issue and attach a photo of the damaged or incorrect item

• We’ll provide return instructions and a prepaid return label if eligible

• Once received, we’ll issue a full refund or ship a replacement within 3–5 business days

OPA Nutrition™ covers return shipping for defective or incorrect products.

If You Changed Your Mind or Ordered the Wrong Item

Unopened and sealed bottles may be returned within 60 days:

• All items must be unopened and in original packaging

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

• We do not provide prepaid labels for these returns

• Please do not send returns as “Return to Sender” — they may not be received properly

Once received, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Refund Processing Details

• Refunds go back to the original payment method used

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless we made an error)

• No restocking fees ever

• Your full name

• Your email address used to order

• Your mailing address

• (Optional) A printed copy of your order confirmation
